This conference focused on the upgrade of the limestone product system and the innovation of marketing strategies. The group general manager emphasized in the opening speech: "In 2024, we will focus on promoting innovative products such as ultra-thin limestone composite panels and carved artistic stone. Through a dual strategy of design-driven and technology services, we aim to achieve a 30% growth target."
The three-day training covered three core areas: product technology department experts provided in-depth interpretation of the "Limestone Application Solutions 2.0," the marketing director shared the "Digital Marketing Practices for High-end Building Materials," and a renowned invited designer conducted a special lecture on "Limestone Spatial Aesthetic Applications." The training adopted a "theory + sandbox simulation" model, with practical sessions such as dealer negotiation simulations and large customer acquisition competitions particularly set up.
During the conference, a new marketing incentive policy was also launched, with a quarterly "Stone Star" selection established. The East China regional marketing director said: "This training systematically enhanced the team's ability to interpret the value of limestone products. We will spare no effort in developing the designer channel and high-end construction market."
